RelationshipsThere is so much hurt in the world today due to the confusion that comes from misunderstanding relationships. For some, the hurt becomes like a weight that they feel compelled to carry, for others the load becomes to heavy to bear. There are so many people in the world today and yet there is so much loneliness, so let’s see why this is. As souls, we are separate entities and it doesn’t matter what we do, it will always be that way. It is like being stranded on a deserted island in an ocean, and it doesn’t matter what pleasures we find on the island, eventually they will bring no more satisfaction. The soul was not created to be alone, it was created to share. If we choose not the share, we give nothing and can only take what is gained through deception, which has no value at all, because Love will not be fulfilled if it is false on either side. So we now turn to ending loneliness, which as many know, can be the greatest suffering of all; a suffering that can only be ended by bonding with others in a mutual cause that is good and right for all; a mutual fulfillment of pleasure and security that is built on faith and belief which is trust. We know this as Love and it is what drives all awakened souls to seek with passion. When Love is not understood, it can lead to a soul making mistakes, and these mistakes can only add to the hurt of being lonely. They can lead to denial, self harm, loss of sel worth, and self pity. They block the path to true fulfillment of Love and they can even lead to hate and death. Loneliness is a choice that is made through fear of rejection or hurt, and yet with wisdom, hurt can be avoided. Fear of rejection comes from judging both yourself and others, by what is on the outside, instead of the inside. You, as a loving soul, do not judge others by their physical and material possessions, and no loving soul would judge you in that way. So ask yourself, where should you look to have your Love fulfilled? In those who control and condemn? In those who cannot feel your hurt? Or in those who see the real you. If you seek Love’s fulfillment then seek it in those with the same nature as you; those who think and do as you do. If you seek it anywhere else you will only be rewarded with hurt. If someone Loves you, they will seek nothing but your happiness and security, even unto sacrificing their own. |
